Why Can't I Order This Item?
This is likely due to the item being made unavailable for further order by the Catalog Manager.
However, if you are unable to locate the item in question, there is a search tool available on the right hand side.
If you are still unable to locate an item, you will need to contact your Catalog Manager to ensure they made it available to order for you.
Finally, you may not have enough remaining budget to order this item. You can check this under your pending basket. If you feel you should have a higher budget, again, please contact your Catalog Manager directly.
Did It Get Ordered?
You should be forwarded onto a confirmation screen once your order has been placed. If this hasn't happened, please check your emails for a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order under the 'Orders' tab.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You will need to contact your Catalog Manager directly to do this. This is all controlled under the workflow managed by them. In some cases, you may need to contact the Supplier directly. Mtivity doesn't have any control over this.
Where is my order?!
The best person to contact for this would be (you guessed it!) your Catalog Manager. They have the ability to chase up your order with Suppliers or double check details of it more closely.
Don't forget, you can check the current status of your Order under the Orders tab.
